Absolutely magical. Fantastic staff that love the dolphins. This is a place of peace and quiet living for these gracious animals, not a show aquarium, the dolphins lives are enriched with experienced trainers who's devotion to them is very evident. 100% recommend. Shout out to Emily, Emily my trainer for the day, bree, Joseph and all the wonderful staff. Lou had an experience every day we were there. She's in love with Maia and indy so very much.
Wonderful experience for the entire family! The staff and trainers are very friendly and very professional. Very family/kid friendly!! The care and love given to the dolphins is amazing!! I have been to several dolphin parks and the dolphin connection really puts the dolphins care first! The dolphins all looked very healthy and extremely happy and friendly. We are looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend visiting and experiencing these beautiful dolphins!!
Once in a lifetime experience to swim with dolphins sisters living their best life in the Keys! The trainers and staff are all so sweet & knowledgeable, Royal Swim is WORTH IT! I have never done this before, felt emotional afterwards these are magical creatures I feel so lucky to have met them. I didn’t know they each have a personality, will never forget this. This was such a fun experience. It's a bonus that it is at the resort and guests don't have to drive to experience the dolphins. There is a daily "show" at 10:15 (at the time of this review.) My family did the Royal Swim and I couldn't stop smiling. Felicia was super great. So knowledgeable and remembered our names for our swims. Maia and Indie were super sweet and I wanted to stay all day. We loved our photos - we were pleasantly surprised that Charlie got some great ones of our family! We can't stop talking about our day. I would have loved a video option! I would love to see the my family on their swims or hear the girls and their giggles. But pictures and memories will do! Thank you for a memory we won't soon forget!!
Such a fun and interactive experience for my family. My wife and girls were beaming the entire time. When booking the attraction there was some confusion as there seems to be both a Dolphin Connection and Dolphin Discovery website that both point to the same experience. After calling I was informed that Dolphin Connection website was the correct booking site. Photos were included with the experience which seemed more than reasonable We arrived shortly after some new dolphins were relocated here from another facility. The dolphin habitat is fed from the sea which allows in ocean fish as well.. Staff was informative, attentive, and fun. Definitely worth the experience if you're in the area.
